The max output power can reach to 1.3-1.5 times of rated power. Adopt the electromagnetic design to limit the max current and make sure the generator coil can not overload. When wind speed is over rated wind speed, wind turbine will regulate the rotate speed and output power automatically by yawing; when the yawing angle reach to 60 degree, wind turbine tail will push on the hydraulic brake system and stop the wind turbine. Electric winch, when output voltage or rotate speed is over rated, the electric winch will start automatically, fold the tail and make the turbine yaw forcibly, and then start hydraulic brake to stop the turbine.Hand handle can stop wind turbine manually when there is gale forecast. Shock absorption design, wind turbine runs smoothly and without shock. When wind turbine is over rated power, it will take the following step to regulate. The controlling system detects the output power of wind turbine at real time, and control the output power. When output power P>20KW, controller will detect the power and give the order to put through the dc power of electric winch, winch will turn for 15 seconds to wind steel cable for about 0.4m, then the wind turbine will furl side and wind rotor will release wind power, output power will low down. If the output power is still over 20KW, the controller will repeat to conduct the above actions. When output power is under 20kw, it will stop furling. When wind turbine power is over 22kw, the controller will start dump load. when there is an extremely wind condition, the wind turbine is running over power for a long time, the furling action will convert into a fully furling and force to start the hydro brake to stop wind turbine. Wind turbine will be in a gale protection. The wind turbine has to be unlocked manually after the high wind subsides. This is not a frequented action, in normal condition, wind turbine will regulate its output power through the first action, only when there is a extremely wind condition did the turbine start to brake. The first step furling is with a 60degree, and in this scope it will not start the brake.
